Who's Side is President Obama REALLY On In The Egypt Uprising?

On June 24th, 2013, in Cairo Egypt, after the now infamous 'Arab Spring' and subsequent election, Mohammed Morsi was announced as Egypt's fifth president. Many believe that the Muslim Brotherhood, who Morsi represented, actually took it over and that it originally began with Arabs who were desirous of a more democratic government to lead them. Once Morsi became President of Egypt, he and our President became very buddy-buddy. President Obama didn't seem to be  bothered by the fact that the Muslim Brotherhood is a very radical Islamist group who believe in carrying out a 'Holy War' on all 'infidels'...and in time, if /when their true goals were realized...the whole world would be living under Sharia law, and their religious dictatorship!

Conservatives everywhere, rose up on t.v. and radio, and began posting on all social media sights, their complaints about President Obama's decision to send over a billion dollars, and all sorts of major military hardware to Egypt while under Morsi's rule. Behavior like that has been very hard for many patriot minded citizens to get their brains around! Egypt had clearly changed from a leadership who had been at peace with Israel, to one that didn't believe in her right to exist, and President Obama didn't seem to realize this at all...or worse, he did - and for whatever reason, was supportive of it!

Now, we are all watching a second uprising of Egyptian citizens in Cairo, against Mohammed Morsi, and the Muslim Brotherhood...one that has gained the support of Egypt's military. They have removed Morsi from his Presidential position and have him under lock and key! The radical Muslim Brotherhood side of the country, has also risen up, in retaliation, desiring to hold their control over Egypt, which has caused many concerns about it becoming a civil war!

Who's side of this showdown is President Obama really on? The statements that Obama has made regarding this latest uprising in Egypt have been like 'peas under my mattress' so to speak...they've really been bugging me!

First, he lectured the military that they should respect all Egypt's citizen's rights to assemble and to participate in peaceful protest...(yeah right, while they were burning government buildings, and Christian churches and killing people. These are all peaceful protest activities!) In saying this, he was stepping in to help out Morsi and his crowd, since the military had been getting rough with them...and who knew, maybe Morsi's bunch could regain control, beat the others back, and win again! Him and Morsi could continue where they had left off, in their friendship and with all their grandiose plans...(whatever they may have been...)

Secondly, he said that he expected the military to "do as they said that they would do, and bring about a peaceful transition into a democratic-style government." Wait a minute! I'm shaking my head here...this begs a very important question, that I think has been sorely overlooked: If you're saying that you want Egypt's military to do this...why didn't you also communicate this expectation with Morsi as well?

Does President Obama actually think that we believed that his buddy, Mohammed Morsi and his followers were attempting to "peacefully transition Egypt into a democratic country?"  I think that the evidence shows clearly, as we look back, that Morsi was not attempting to move Egypt in this way at all! Nor was there any evidence that Obama was 'guiding' Morsi in the democratic ways of the West! Rather, it seemed that Obama invited as much counsel from them into the policies of our countrywhile Obama was mainly seeing to it that Morsi's military would be beefed up and give them over a billion dollars to boot!

Morsi, his administration, and supporters have shown the citizens of Egypt what they are all about, and it only took a year for them to see where they were taking their country! It looks pretty obvious to anyone with half an eye on this crisis, that the citizens of Egypt found their newly elected President and his administration totally unacceptable to them! Morsi and all his dictatorial plans for Egypt have been booted out by the millions of citizens with the help and support of the military! If he have been in the process of transitioning Egypt into a 'more democratic/western style government, and society' Mohammed Morsi would still be in office instead of being held against his will at this moment...yet our 'dearly beloved' President Obama was supporting him, 100%! What was wrong with that picture?

The third way I heard him address the crisis in Egypt, was likening it to our American Revolution!  He explained it as a "process that didn't run smoothly...that there will be 'false starts'...it's a difficult dance."
In likening the uprising and subsequent violence, etc. to a revolution: it would seem that he might be acknowledging the rights of what seems to be, the more westernized, peaceful Arabs, attempting to break free from the domination of the radical Muslim Brotherhood and rooting for them? Or is he still privately rooting for his buddy Morsi and his radical Islamist supporters? Is it their side that he is speaking of when he says, "there will be false starts?" Does he see THEM as the true 'freedom fighters' with rights to set up their society in the way that they have decided that it should be - forcing everyone else to comply? I wish I didn't have to ask this, but after all of his previous behaviors and decisions concerning Morsi and his friends in the not so distant past, it begs these questions!

Hey, ImJusSayin!  Which side is he (really) rooting for? That's the most important question to America. How is our leader, thinking? What does he truly believe in?
Obviously, we can all see, that Egypt's citizens are fighting for their lives, and for their rights to live as they choose. One side wants to live under Sharia law, and the other does not. One wants to modernize their economy and society, and the other does not. Those wanting a more westernized culture, without Morsi's dictatorial administration oppressing them and their families seem to be winning at this point. They are fighting for their freedom with the help of the military - from those who were Obama's friends, just a few weeks ago! (Against the many complaints and better judgement of so many Americans!)

I think that the answers to these questions are pretty important, and we shouldn't be letting Obama slip away, unsinged by his past relationship with, and support of  Morsi! Nor should we ASSUME that he is on the side of the more western thinking Egyptians just because he starts using verbage from our constitution in his speeches, now!  I am not so impressed with what this President says, I am more interested in what I see him doing.

Americans on the right have known all along that Morsi was no democratic leader, and that he was up to no good. They have all been beside themselves, watching Obama, seemingly glued to Morsi's hip! Obama's supporters and the liberal media don't seem to care what the heck is going on, as long as they can stay glued to Obama's hip! They are far more concerned about not having their access to the White House denied, or not being invited to their high class parties. The real duties of a journalist are to report (not spin) the news, to expose disingenuous leaders, and to uncover corruption! This just isn't being done anymore on the left. Instead, they cover up for those guilty of these things.

These are the times that not only 'try men's souls'...but they can actually REVEAL men's souls. Obama and Morsi are both for  BIG GOVERNMENT, but he has to sound like he's 'for the people' breaking free from it? What a tight rope Obama must walk...he'll eventually be giving speeches that sound as if he was rooting for the rights of Egypt's citizens to have thrown off an oppressive government, all along...even after he'd been chumming it up with their oppressors? I can just imagine a Saturday Night live 'journalist' pummeling an actor who looks like Jay Carney, or Josh Ernst, W.H. Deputy Press Secretary with sarcastic and embarrassing (but hysterical) questions about Obama's glaring inconsistencies, and his questionable friendship with Egypt's previous President whose oppressive ways caused another major uprising of it's citizens...the only thing Jay can think to do is timidly state that humorous word: "AWKWARD!" You have to admit this whole situation is rather awkward for our President, though I haven't heard ANYONE even addressing it (yet) which I'm sure he's appreciating very much.

If all of us peons out here knew that having the Muslim Brotherhood in charge of Egypt wasn't good for Egypt, Israel, or for America...then I find it hard to believe that Obama didn't see the handwriting on the wall there too...was he just cow-towing to them out of fear, (this could actually be an option here)...or does he indeed have a preference, a natural 'bent' if you will, towards the dictatorial, radical, Islamist ways? This seems to be the nagging conclusion that many of his more 'liberty loving' opponents are coming to.

I think that President Obama can see that the Muslim Brotherhood Egyptians are not winning this battle, and he knows that they won't for sure if he continues to send financial support to Egypt's military. Hmmm...what to do? What must Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood be thinking of Obama at this point? The world is watching, what he will he do...will he show his hand, answering the questions that have interrupted my sleep? What type of government structure does he 'really' support, and want to see running the Arab world...and influencing ours? How will he play his hand? Most likely, he will back out and 'lead from behind'...as he has done before...which is not leading at all. It seems that Obama either does nothing, in these ways, or he's out there shocking the socks off of us all, like when he sent fighter jets to a radical Islamist leader, to (at some point) use against our greatest ally, Israel! What a political roller coaster we ride!

Morsi was well known for his anti-Semitic statements, such as referring to the Jews as descendants of monkeys, and pigs! Israel and America have been strong allies since they became a state in 1948...yet there was our President, rubbing shoulders with those who would seek their demise? The camp David Peace Accord between Egypt and Israel must be upheld. The Brotherhood will not be about doing this. The Muslim Brotherhood is an armed militia. It is a state within a state according to John Bolton former U.S. ambassador to the UN. He believes that the Muslim Brotherhood wants this fight with the military leadership. It will create many more martyrs for their movement, which always creates more rage and a commitment to avenge them, encouraging them to fight, all the more!

Another problem that I am having with all of this...is the hypocrisy I am sensing from our President. I think he speak with forked tongue. Whenever people protest against their governments, in other countries...(even when they get very violent!)...he always goes on and on about that government's responsibility to respect their rights to freely assemble, freedom of speech and to peaceful protest, but when conservatives, in our country  attempt to 'freely assemble' and express their free speech and peaceful protesting rights...there is nothing but false accusations hurled at them and about them...they're haters, racists, and any other accusation that can turn people against them. I can just imagine what he would order our military to do, if our Constitution loving militias rose up on the lawn of the White House and insisted on him leaving! So much for anyone's freedom or rights...it would be more like "Hello, drone strikes!"

I'll wrap up with this thought:

We need to pray that the more peaceful, democratic side WINS in Egypt...its that simple...and that those who expect to lead by dictatorship, do not! However that happens, it happens. It will be in the best interest of the whole Arab world, America, and for Israel too. Pat Buchanan says that we cannot support the Muslim Brotherhood...even though he is not 100% sure that the military is a fully pro-democratic force. 50% of Egyptians (supposedly) voted for Morsi...though at this point they are obviously regretting that, and are through with him! Who can blame them? This time around Pat believes that we should put our bets on the military. I have to say, at this point, I think so to.

A Few Thoughts About Anthony Weiner's Insistence on Becoming the Mayor of New York!

Imagine if we didn't live in the high tech, computerized world that we do now...would Mr. "Danger" have told his wife Huma, that he was running out to the store for ice cream or whatever he could think up, and actually end up taking late night walks in the park to open his coat and reveal himself to unsuspecting young ladies?

Long ago, you could call someone and make crank calls...there wasn't anyway for people to know who it was...if Anthony was living in those 'good ol' days'...would he be looking up single ladies names in the telephone book to call them, and shock the bejeebers out of them with filthy sex talk when they picked up the receiver?

If you had a daughter, (or a niece), who was going through an immoral time in her life, not showing the discretion that you would hope...and you find out that your married mayor was sending pictures of his privates to her...and that they were 'sex-ting' messages back and forth? Would you be able to take this man serious, ever again - as the leader of your state...or just as a man, for that matter?

I for one, do NOT think that the people of New York, or any city should ever knowingly vote a person into office who has already proven himself, or herself, to be sexually deviant. I realize that there may be many who disagree that this type of activity is even wrong, but remember, Anthony and his wife have made it very clear that he has received much counseling over the past year, and that he has been working very hard to stop, and have apologized twice! This behavior says loud and clear that they know that this behavior is abnormal and undesirable, especially in the life of a leader. However, now we find out that 'Carlos Danger' continued to be alive and well, his promises of change were just lies.

By the time a person goes through the stages of feeding his own sexual appetites privately, to crossing over those invisible boundary lines - into deviancy, then actually putting it all out there for others to see and hear...that person is no longer capable of sound judgement anymore! By engaging young women that he didn't even know, he has proven that his compulsive behavior was way out of control!

ImJusSayin - Anthony Weiner, admitted to his last young phone and sexting girlfriend, that he was an, "argumentative, perpetually horny, middle aged man!" Imagine he is voted in as Mayor...how could any woman work with him, and not be uncomfortable in his presence? This man would clearly be vulnerable to blackmail besides! Give me a break!

And last, but not least...I have always thought that the fact that the sex slave industry has gotten SO large that it is even referred to as 'an industry' could never have happened unless there were many, many very liberal, extremely deviant  people in positions of power who are complicit in many different ways - from looking the other way, to being paid to be quiet, to actually participating in it, in some way. We MUST insist that only people of high character hold positions of power in our cities, states, and in our federal government as well.

ImJusSayin - there are victims of sex slavery, right now, praying for deliverance from their captors...women and children who have been abducted. They, their families, and thousands of others who care passionately about this issue... praying for break-throughs and trusting that the people running our cities, our states, our country - will make decisions that will make a difference for them! And those who are free? They vote in sexual deviants, (like Weiner), who, no doubt, feed their addictions at the hog trough of pornography, where you will find thousands of sex slave victims! If you don't know the first thing about appropriate boundaries in your own life, you shouldn't be forcing yourself into ours by running for Mayor, or for ANY elected position. This is simply disgusting!

Thank God for Bill O'Reilly. He loves to expose Judges who just slap the hands of pedophiles...which is just another twisted way that the sexually deviant 'act out.' Yes, being a pedophile is one way that a person acts out, but I believe that being a judge that will just give them a hand slap, and let them out to strike again, is most likely, either being paid off, or has sexually deviant ways, himself! It's time to insist on high morals for all of our elected officials, and I mean that...regardless of what letter comes after their name!

Some say that the leaders we vote in reflect ourselves...sort of a temperature gauge of our own moral standing. If this is true, and to tell you the truth, it's sure beginning to look like this is what our post modern culture is coming to...all I can say is: "Come, Lord Jesus!"

The Marriage Myth - Only As Fulfilling As What You Put Into It

The Marriage Box

Most people get married believing a myth;
that marriage is a beautiful box
full of all the things
they have longed for;
companionship, romance, sexual fulfillment,
intimacy, friendship, laughter, financial security.

The truth is that marriage,
at the start, is an empty box.
You must put some things into it
before you can take anything out of it.

There is no love in marriage;
love is in people,
and people put it into their marriage.
There is no romance in marriage;
people have to put it into their relationship.

A couple must discern what things work
to improve their relationship and form
the habits of communicating,
giving, sacrificing, sharing, loving, touching,
serving and praising.

In other words,
keeping the box full.
If you take out more that you put in,
the box will be empty!

Awaiting The Jurys Verdict On George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin Case

  •

Okay, many are stating these days that, "bloggers aren't real journalists," well...many may not be, but then again some actually are! Reading the varied array of bloggers today, can be better than reading the 'Kool-Aid' drinking journalists of today, who aren't even doing the job that their 'title' would lead you to believe that they would be doing. Many today, are tainted by political correctness, fear of falling out of the good graces of their 'leftist leaders' and running with the 'pack mentality' rather than thinking on their own, and risking opposition. These days there are multiple thousands of blogger commentators, such as myself, weighing in on trending social and political topics of the day, and this one is no different, so here goes:

Give me a break! Everybody keeps saying, "If George Zimmerman would have just listened to the dispatcher and gotten back into his car, none of this would ever have happened!" Well, I'd like to suggest this: "If Trayvon had of just quickly headed home, instead of hanging around, addressing "Z" with his 'attitude' then 'colcocking' him (breaking his nose) and then jumping on him, repeatedly smashing his head into the concrete, followed by his threat that "you're gonna die tonight," then he would most likely be alive today, and none of it would have happened...either!

Yes, both men were making decisions in this case...and yes, I did say "both men." Whenever I speak of a male person about 17 years old, I always refer to him as a "young MAN..." and that is what they prefer to being called...not a "child." Although the pictures that are repeatedly shown of Trayvon have him looking like an innocent young boy, he had grown up quite a bit since then, and had been making decisions in his life, at the time of this incident, that were far from innocent or admirable. Trouble in school and smoking marijuana were two of them, that have been cited. Marijuana may not cause you to become violent, but it can definitely cause you to become very 'phobic' and distort your judgment, for sure!

George Zimmerman, and those who lived in this community were obviously very tired of the fact that this area had been being targeted for B & E's for some time, and according to the reports, even after as many as 40 calls to the local police, they weren't getting much help stopping it. Slow responses were allowing suspicious individuals to go unaddressed by authorities. I heard a report on the radio the other day, of a story of a young woman, in that neighborhood, and her young child. Her home was broken into, and she ended up hiding in a small closet with only a pair of scissors for protection, had she been found! Their fears and frustrations in regards to their safety, around there, were not unfounded!

George Zimmerman showed a lot of courage being willing to be the leader of this neighborhood watch group. I'm sure that the other neighbors were glad that he had been willing to take on this role.  I for one, don't appreciate everyone in the media making him out to be a "wanna-be cop" just because he cared about the safety of his neighbors, and he had gone through the required classes to be able to lawfully 'conceal and carry' a gun. If you were going to take this role, and you knew that you could, very likely, be dealing with characters who didn't have respect for people, proven by stealing from them, and worse...you wouldn't want to head out to possibly have to address any of them, unarmed. If you did, you would be a fool!

I've watched stories on the news about Neighborhood Watch Groups being started up in some of the more high crime black communities, and they always portrayed the leaders of them in positive ways, not negative...so why should George Zimmerman be treated as if he is some nasty, racist, just because he wants a safe place to live for his family and neighbors?

In another vein, the fact that George had gone through the requirements to 'conceal and carry' is another, sorley overlooked reason, (in my opinion,) as to why there has been such a huge political involvement in this case...i.e. our justice department, headed by Eric Holder, (using our tax dollars) to fund opposition to and protests against George Zimmerman not having been arrested in the first place. There were 'racial profiling' reasons, in their minds, no doubt, but they also saw an opportunity to make an example of him to all those other 'law abiding' Americans in our country, who 'conceal and carry' themselves. What a great way to cause them to all becoming deathly afraid to use their weapons to protect themselves and others, should such a situation arise!

ImJusSayin' these are just some of the thoughts that have been going through my mind, and I feel confident to say, in many others, too. Finding out that George was a blend of both Jewish and Mexican and also tutored African American students of his own volition put to rest any accusations of him being a racist in my mind. Jews are a race and culture unto themselves, and are not considered 'white.' They understand the pain of 'racism' in very unique ways, themselves...and who would argue that Mexicans don't experience marginalization, and racism as well? In the very beginning, when every liberal black leader was out there demanding that this was a white on black, 'racial crime,' and that, George Zimmerman had "hunted Trayvon down like a dog" (for one,) I remember thinking that making this claim so soon, was very irresponsible and jumping the gun - at best, and at worst - was a very reverse-racist knee jerk reaction!' Clearly, they should have waited to find out more about George before making these accusation! Seems like in the minds of some, if a person is white, that also equals: RACIST! Which is absolutely false, I'm here to say!

Another thing, hard not to have noticed, was Trayvon's parents not having any problem standing with them all, giving the full impression that they were in total agreement with all of the 'racial accusations' being thrown at George Z...until we all heard the evidence that it was Trayvon who brought race into the situation first, by calling George a "creepy-white cracker!" Now, they have been back-peddling, and have made numerous statements that the case "has nothing to do with race!" Again, the assumed 'whitey' George, would be held fully accountable for all alleged 'racial profiling' but young Trayvon's 'sin'...even though proven, was fully pardoned and overlooked.

This might be a good place to also state what I'm seeing as obvious proof that Zimmerman had
not been 'racially profiling' and simply 'hunting Trayvon down' and wanting to shoot him, as has been suggested...because if that is what George had had on his mind, he wouldn't have been communicating with the police, as he was doing, and Trayvon would never have had the opportunity to get so close to George to have broken his nose, and then pin him to the ground.  George would have shot him, long before either of these things had transpired. These are obvious observances to me.

When there is 'black on white' crimes, which there are far more than are reported, for sure, such as a recent case discussed on Hannity's radio show, this past Friday, that happened his summer, with 4 black men beating the tar out of a white man...actually murdering him in the middle of a freeway...you don't hear about this being described as a 'hate crime' or reported by the liberal media at all, for that matter. Four black men against one white man? Give me a break! In North Carolina, in the past month, three black men broke into the home of a elderly white woman and raped her! This is disgusting beyond words...again, no report on a national level...and no reports of it being a 'hate crime' in that community, as of yet...Something is dreadfully wrong here!

Not reporting black on white crime, in the same way that we report white on black crime...is a crime against all Americans in too many ways to go into in this blog. Fairer reporting would insist on and promote justice, accountability, and promote safer and healthier choices and actions from everyone! It would also discourage all crime, and soothe the feelings of racial injustices that are many times felt in the white race, as well. Up till now, this has obviously not been an important enough topic to discuss...I beg to differ, and I am not alone. The George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin case, has embolden many to begin discussing topics such as this. There has been fear of the media, and reporters to write articles about these occurrences in the past, I believe, they were concerned that it could 'cause' more white on black 'revenge crimes.' The reality is, all the movies about racism in America's past, played over and over, and any real or 'perceived' white on black 'racial crimes' have clearly caused heightened racial indignities in our black communities and could be the cause of 'revenge' type crimes against whites in America. Where is the concern about that? It can happen, and does either way, does that justify only reporting on one, and not on the other?

Why is this type of injustice happening? Look at the George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin incident...everyone was drooling at the opportunity to quicky categorize it as a 'hate crime' with a 'white man' viciously hunting down an innocent "Skiddles eating" black youth...as if eating Skiddles proves that you could never do anything wrong! Admittedly, it's been made pretty clear that Trayvon, was on his way home from having gone to a neighborhood store, and most likely had no nefarious activities planned, on that night, anyway. However, no one really has any proof that he was never involved in any mischief around there, or if he had in any way aided or abetted those who had broken into the homes there, in the past. We do know, though, according to the testimony of his very good friend...that he did have racist tendencies...and it has recently come out that he may have been planning to buy a gun, online. In a white youth all of the above would be scorned by all, and could ruin his reputation for sure...but racial slurs, planning to buy a gun, and very possibly a racist belief system, by Trayvon is minimized and forgotten. I just don't get it.

Obviously, this jury has a lot to think about in attempting to bring 'justice' in this case. Justice demands that you find laws that may have been broken, and determine the lawful repercussions for having broken them. Have laws not been broken, have they been adhered to? Would it be executing 'justice' simply by making one pay for the loss of life that occurred if in reality, or in the shooters belief, he was protecting himself against bodily harm, or impending death? (Which is exactly what is required in Florida's law for George to have used his gun to stop this from happening.) The evidence has also proven his fear of this, as legitimate. Also, Judge Jeanine of FOX news says that she has never seen a jury of all women. Do we really believe that this is a jury of George Zimmerman's peers. I think not.

Should it be determined that George be sent to prison for life, for not having been a white racist, and for not having broken any laws? Certainly, not obeying a dispatcher is not against the law either? Would it actually make everyone feel better...or bring young Trayvon back? Or, would it actually cause a whole lot of other, even scarier concerns for Caucasian Americans everywhere, who may need to protect themselves at some point, if their attacker happens to end up being a black man? Granted, in this case, with George and Trayvon, we have two men, sorely misunderstanding the motives of the other, and travesty is the end result...but what about many other situations that may occur, in the coming days or years...across our land? Can my caucasian husband and son, protect themselves if attacked by an African American assailant? Will they be trusted, to have been able to determine correctly if their health or lives were in danger, enough to protect themselves with a gun, if need be? Or would they be assaulted with false accusations of 'racist' or have a bounty put out on their lives by The New Black Panther Party, or others who would do such a thing? Will all the liberal black leaders have a knee jerk reaction, and immediately come to the aid of the attacker, because he was black? Would they all and start yelling, "Crucify Him"...just because of the color of their skin being white? How can we not ask ourselves these questions after watching this happen before our very eyes?

I, for one, am not as confident after this case, that Lady Justice is still wearing a blindfold, and not seeing skin color. Isn't that what we all want? With all the shananigans that have taken place in trying to 'prove' the unfounded accusation that George, was 'white' (what a joke,) and that somehow this should prove that he was guilty of racially profiling Trayvon, has given us insight into just how insistent some will be in the belief that just because a person is white that there must be racism, in their actions and decisions. This is very disheartening to me.

As I've stated before, if either George or Trayvon had carried out their role differently, and made different decisions, we wouldn't even be talking, reporting, or blogging about it today...but, tragically, I can see other cases, down the road, where people will also have to make the soul wrenching decision to shoot and kill an attacker at some point. If George Zimmerman is found guilty and faces prison time - this will open up a whole new can of worms. Some will insist that Florida's law is too lenient and try to force it to be changed...while other states will choose to adopt a Florida-type law, to discourage attacks being perpetrated on any of their citizens. I believe, if George does go to prison...we will see more black on white attacks in the future because there will be less fear of our judicial system holding them accountable because of this case. Where's the justice in that?

ImJusSayin' there are many issues underlying and intertwined in this case; racial, political, emotional...and many across social media are discussing it on all these levels. Hopefully, however, this jury will allow the 'laws of Florida' to keep them on the high ground, and on the right path, and choose to make sure that 'justice' is doled out appropriately for George Zimmerman, and those who love him, as well. I realize that the deep sorrow that we all feel, associated with Mr. and Mrs. Martin's loss of their son, can pull you to feeling a misguided notion that his 'shooter' must be sent off to prison to make something right...but I believe, allowing emotions to rule this decision will actually negate true justice.

Did George Zimmermam 'break the law' in any of his decisions that led to Trayvon's death. This is the important question at hand. This is, as you know, the duty of those seated on this jury and what they must be guided by. However, you can never tell how a jury will decide...and so we wait...all of America,  waiting...and praying for God's guidance, truth, and peace, to prevail in the hearts and minds of each jury member, and all those across our land, regardless of the outcome...

and let us pray, that cooler heads, will prevail...especially after we hear the verdict.

Paula Deen's Pathetic Apology, Appropriate, But Hard to Watch Knowing There is Reverse Racism Going On Daily.

It was very disheartening yesterday, to hear about Paula Deen's admission to having used racial slurs in her past. Though I fully agree that using the N word (and the mind-set behind it) are never acceptable when referring to our African American friends, (and even those who may not be considered friends,) I find myself increasingly frustrated with the clear double standard that is taking place on this topic in our country today.

If we all lived in a town called 'Fairville' even black musicians, comedians, actors, radio talk show hosts, and/or politician who uttered racially charged lyrics, comments, or slurs, would also be in line to receive the same parana style, media pile-on and sudden loss of reputation and financial death, that their white counterparts receive for their racially charged verbal sins...but then again, if that same 'fair minded world' really existed, something tells me that after a period of scorn, most likely 'mercy' would be granted and second chances given, since in Fairville, everyone knows that they all have clay feet, and that no one is perfect.

However, here in "Real-ville" those guilty of racist views, words, or actions...if they happen to be white, will indeed be crucified, but if black?.. they will receive little more than a hand slap, if that, whilst the media, all but look the other way. No scorn given, no need for an apology. Actually, in the instances that I can recall, it was either tolerated, fully overlooked, or laughed at as if it were a joke-able issue! Tell me something...am I to believe that  racism can only be found in the hearts and minds of those human beings that God created with white skin?

Louis Farrakhan stated once that blacks could not be guilty of racism because they were not in power. I've never quite understood that, because I have always believed that racism is a sin of the heart. It's a feeling, and or belief that one person is somehow 'less in value' than another person is, based solely due to the color of their skin, or ethnicity. To think in this way is not only racist, but it is blatantly untrue. God formed each one of us in our mother's womb...therefore, we are all of his design. If each one has been designed personally by God himself, it stands to reason, that each one of us is very valuable to him. We gain our level of value in that fact alone. Jesus Christ, approximately 2000 years ago, hung upon a cross, taking the penalty of our sins upon himself, (in our place.) In having planned, and allowing this, God himself, was declaring as clearly as possible, that humanity was deeply valuable to our Him...not willing that any should perish, but that all should have the opportunity to bypass hell, and be with Him, throughout eternity. Jesus' own blood purchased the full pardon for all who will come to God, just as they are, sorry for their sins (which may indeed include racism,) to receive son-ship, and forgiveness, through his Son. The Bible says that there is 'no respect of persons' with God, meaning that we are all the same to him. He does not love one more than another, he loves us all the same. He doesn't esteem any one of us higher than the other, because of the color of our skin, this much, we can know for sure!

I find myself frustrated, first, because it seems that racism is only addressed if it is found to have been perpetrated by a Caucasian individual or group. Addressed, it should be, but racist statements and attitudes by any, should be scorned. If we just take Louis Farrakhan's definition, (even though I don't agree with it,) and look at all the African Americans who hold positions of power at this time in our country, it would certainly seem that there is now 'adequate evidence' that the 'time' has come to justly begin holding our fellow black Americans responsible for racist words and attitudes that they may be guilty of, as well. We now have a black President, heading into a second term, at that! Our Court systems, our Congress and Senate have many African Americans holding those seats today. President Obama has also appointed many black leaders in his administration. Eric Holder, and now Susan Rice, just to name a couple. We have black governors, mayors, and many a city counsel and school board with African Americans, now serving.  It is now common place to have male and female black leadership in every level of life, from politics, and religion, to CEO's of major companies. From doctors, nurses, and business owners, to principles and teachers in all levels of learning.

We have come a long way in our culture in recognizing the value of all people today. Yet, in America we seem to be quite lax in expecting that many in the black community should extend the same mindset of equality and grace to their fellow white skinned citizens, as is demanded of those in the white race, to give to them. Everyone speaking kindly and respectfully should be the end goal for all of us. For those who struggle, for whatever reason, be it upbringing, peer pressure, or just sins of the heart, God's 'sanctifying' power is available to us ALL if we'll but ask him for it. He helps people to align themselves with his heart and will and to those of our forefathers too for that matter, by embracing the truths that all men are created equal, and endowed with certain inalienable rights. Period. Due to that statement being unarguably true...it is time for all people to be held accountable for racist words and behavior, not only white Americans.

Daneen Borelli, a black female commentator on Fox News also thinks that there is a huge double standard in America. Even Trayvon Martin's girlfriend testified on June 30th, that while she was talking to him on the phone, he referred to George Zimmerman as a "creepy-ass Cracker" followed by more profanity. All the attention is being focused on whether George (who is of Mexican heritage, by the way) was a racist...but obviously young Trayvon Martin clearly WAS! Where is all the conversation and outrage about that? Daneen and Laura Ingraham were discussing, (June 26th) how Hip Hop Music is riddled with filthy, degrading, and racially charged lyrics, but artists like Drake are given a free pass in the name of artistic liberty! These lyrics, and music, when listened to over and over can engrain these ways of thinking into the minds of our young. What good can come from this? Certainly not healthy self respect, or respect of anyone else, either!

Daneen Borelli also said, that Paula Deen had given what she had thought to be, "a genuine apology," and thought that that should be enough. Now, she said, we should let the "free market" decide if she sinks or swims, basically. I agree with many radio show hosts that I heard today, that someone shouldn't lose their ability to earn a living, over things that they uttered 30 years ago! If a woman in her hire was truly harmed, she should exact monetary justice equal to the discrimination and humiliation that she can prove that she experienced, no doubt! Then, Paula may experience this loss of money, and respect, and most likely the loss of viewers and fans, in a natural chain of events. Eventually the show will survive, or be cancelled based on what happens but no one should be insisting or forcing this to happen to her, overnight!! This is just too severe. I have come to this decision based on the reality that while she is experiencing such a severe 'punishment' there is reverse racism going on in word and deed, against white Americans, every day without anything being said or done, about it! Paula Deen said, if there is anyone out there who is 'without sin' cast the first stone at my head! Can anyone, white or black say that they have never sinned? I think not!

I went to an inner city Junior High and High School in the 60's and 70's. As far back as that, there was blatant reverse racism that would go on. Young, feisty black students could talk back to the teachers, and get up and leave the classes and then come back in, anytime that they wanted to, or not at all, without ever being addressed. The white student could never have gotten away with that. I experienced and watched direct racism perpetrated on white students, quite often...and no one ever told, and no one was ever held responsible for what was done or said...regardless of the serious nature of it, for fear of reprisal, later.

My sister was harassed and experienced physical abuse by young black boys on her bus, quite often. Again, never addressed to my parents satisfaction. I was personally referred to as a white bit-- quite a few times, and told not to even think of dating "their guys," which is how their threat was stated...or else! I had a girlfriend call me one day when I had stayed home, begging me to 'stay on the phone' because she had been encircled by a gang of black female students who were taunting her in the hall, threatening to "beat her a-- after school," simply because she had had the 'audacity' to tell a couple female black students who had cut in front of us in the lunch line, not to, and suggested they start at the back of the line, like everyone else had had to do. I'm sure that many stories of racism could be told by black and white students alike in numerous school, but I think that there is also merit in bringing up the fact that a lot needs to be done in addressing the racism that white Americans experience everyday at the hand of black citizens too. As I said, in Fairville, it would be addressed and nipped in the bud, but in Realville, it rarely is.

We had a bathroom on the second floor, that I went into, and even used the bathroom, then later  found out that NO white girls were ALOUD to go into it. I was told that threats had been made, and so, there was much fear of being beaten up if they had attempted to use it. The old saying, "if looks could kill" certainly held true in that situation. I guess my angels were definitely working overtime for me on that day. I also want to make very clear, however, that there were definitely many wonderful black students that I enjoyed friendships with and still do, to this day. I often remember, as a young person, thinking just how different the behavior was between those who were kind to all, and those who were racist (both black and white,) and decided that the difference could most likely be attributed to the influences that they must be experiencing at home. It hurt my feelings to think that some of those families might be talking 'trash' about white people, when we were doing our due diligence to judge people by the contents of their character, rather than the color of their skin...and when treated harshly, the challenge was NOT to use a 'broad brush' in judging all those in one race, by the few that were racists and behaving badly. I and others of my friends learned to bear up under the verbal abuse, threats, and disrespect, we received, for no reason except for the fact that we were Caucasian.

Now, in 2012...my granddaughter experienced both verbal and physical abused by both a young black male and female, and in the furtherance of 'fairness' I will include, by other white students, as well...at different times in her school, and neighborhood. Not much of anything was done about it by that school system, which caused her parents to finally decide it was time to remove her, and home school her, themselves. I'm glad to say that she is doing well without the stresses and fears that she had before. Racism and abuse hurts, regardless of who perpetrates it, and who is the recipient of it, but all need to realize that there needs to be accountability when it takes place.

I decided to blog about this very important topic in part, being influenced by Paula Deen's recent 'fall from grace' but also in part by our country's Attorney General, Eric Holder who has said that he thought that we should be discussing racial issues in our country more, but then said that he considered most to be too cowardly to do so! Maybe it's out of fear that they would be misunderstood, say something wrong, and experience excommunication in some radical and painful way. So most don't say anything.

I'd like to think that I'm not a coward...so I am weighing in. I wanted to bring attention to the fact that the racism that does still exist is not only being perpetrated by America's white citizens against blacks. It is happening every day in every level of life against white American citizens as well.  IF we all indeed, truly have the same 'value' and IF we are all truly 'equal'  which I have already showed to be true that WE ARE due to God's declaration that we are...then it's due TIME to expect respect from ALL Americans, TO ALL Americans and begin a dialogue about this.

I'm saying all this just to say...yes, there may still be racism (specifically discussing white against black, in our country,) but I believe that it is far less than it has ever been, the evidence is clear of that, and that is a good thing. A majority of Americans voted in a black man to lead our country, as our President - twice now. Out of the many thousands of others who did not, the majority of them, honestly just do not believe that his policies are helping our country to recover, and to be strong and safe. I happen to be one of them. Fairness, is the word embraced by so many on the left, in politics right now, and believe it to be the 'guiding light' that we should make all other decisions and policies by...so why should we not expect 'fairness' in this very important topic that I raise? If those in the black community would not like to see what is happening to Paula Deen and others that have 'fallen' before her, happen to them, and those they esteem, then as a country, we all need to make it a point to speak and behave admirably to our fellow Americans and we have to start adopting a more merciful way of dealing with it when we fall, which would involve scorn, yes, but then, if genuine repentance is shown, grace and forgiveness should be given  as a nation, in the same way that we would all want God to forgive us.

ImJusSayin'...this knee jerk reaction and strategy to 'pile on and destroy' is not going to do anything but set up, and encourage a culture in our country, (which I believe is already happening) that knowingly, or unknowingly spawns and upholds once again, an improper assumption that one race is to be respected above all others, out of fear!  This mindset was not right for the white race to expect, back in the day, and it is not right for any other race, or ethnic group to expect today, either. We should be fostering fairness, not division among our citizenry, and respect to all, from all.  Anything short of this is beneath us as Americans. Most of us pray earnestly for God's guidance and blessings on our country and people, and pray that he not remove his mercy from us. We ALL need to emulate his ways, to one another. He IS paying attention, after all.

BenGhazi Cover-Up...Ready to be UNCOVERED!

On September 11th of 2012, our U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens, and his people were left alone, without any protection or security from their country, from mad men who attacked them! To not have given them extra ramped up protection on that date, is inconceivable, especially since they asked for enhanced security, repeatedly! Someone needs to be held accountable. For seven hours, the White House and State Department refused to send anyone to their aid, in spite of their pleas for help. I may not agree with Lindsey Graham on everything, but I am very proud of him, for not letting this go, and for being unrelenting in asking for the name's of the Benghazi survivor's so that they can question them. The FBI has them, along with their statements, but so far, have refused to give them up to our Congress - go figure!

This Wednesday, May 8th, there are three brave career state department official 'whistle blowers' Eric Nordstrom, a Diplomatic Security Officer in Libya, Gregory Hicks, U.S. Deputy Chief of Missions in Libya, and Mark Thompson, former marine and now Deputy Coordinator for operations in the agencies counter terrorism bureau, who will be testifying before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee which is chaired by representative Darrell Issa, a republican from California, regarding many of the unanswered questions we've all had.

The leader of our state department at the time, Secretary Clinton, said that she never even heard about the requests for more security. However, since then, it has been proven that her email address was also on the list that received them. What is up with that? Four Americans are dead and their families need to know why, along with the rest of America. Our government let our people down, which ended in their deaths.

How can it be that those who attacked our consulate are still free, and even more importantly, the mastermind of the Benghazi terrorist attack is still being spotted and 'living large' in Libya, even though the President and Hillary insist that everything is being done to get to the bottom of it and see justice done! Only with collusion...at many high levels in this present 'regime' could this be happening.  Collusion that included our President and his Vice, people in high ranking military positions, Hillary Clinton and others in the State Department, along with the boot licking media that faithfully kept the full story of this tragedy from the American public throughout the last weeks leading up to the 2012 election...and may I add, are still complicit in an ongoing cover-up.

When Hillary Clinton testified concerning this tragic attack on our consulate in Libya, she answered a question that really, no one was pressing her for at that time. She basically created a 'new' question for herself to answer in an attempt to get them off the line of questioning she was receiving and didn't want to answer! She poses to them a different question: "Who cares who or why those who attacked them, attacked them? "What difference, at this point, does it make?" I believe what they were trying to get her to answer was, "What did you know, and when did you know it?" Nevertheless, the question she threw out there, through them off track, and the answer that she gave to it left many of us speechless? Did the Secretary of our State Department just do that, and then actually say that? I can't believe it! Many of us, truly, had to pick ours jaws up, off the floor!

Just recently, President Obama's press secretary, Jay Carney thought that just stating, hey guys..."it happened a long time ago" was going to make the few brave journalists who have been willing to ask the pertinent questions, just pack them up and go away! "Yah, you're right Jay, what were they thinking?" Can you imagine? It's obvious that poor Jay is truly 'scraping the bottom of the barrel' for replies to questions on Benghazi. I'm not sure how, but I think that I'm starting to feel sorry for him, working for this President.

We can all expect the left wing media to stay true to form, and use all the same 'weapons of mass destruction' that they generally use to destroy 'their enemies'...this time, namely, Eric, Greg and Mark, after they testify this Wednesday. Lindsey Graham stated that we should all expect to have a clearer picture of just how fragile and unsafe our State Dept. had aloud our American Consulate to become, leading up to the attack.

One would almost have to believe that they 'wanted it that way.' Yes, that statement is somewhat provocative, but ImJusSayin one can't help but wonder.

Is America Changing? AreTraditional American Virtues No Longer Inspiring to Our Citizens?

(The following was sent to me by our local 9-12 Group. Rabbi
Pruzansky hits the nail on the head, over and over. It is well worth
the read.)

Rabbi Steven Pruzansky is the spiritual leader of Congregation
Bnai Yeshurunin Teaneck, New Jersey.

Please take a moment to digest his provocative article. It is far
and away the most succinct and thoughtful explanation of how
our nation is changing. The article appeared in The Israel National
News, and is directed to Jewish readership. 70% of American
Jews vote as Democrats. The Rabbi has some interesting comments
in that regard. "The most charitable way of explaining the election
results of 2012 is that Americans voted for the status quo - for the
incumbent President and for a divided Congress. They must enjoy
gridlock, partisanship, incompetence, economic stagnation and
avoidance of responsibility. And fewer people voted.

But as we awake from the nightmare, it is important to eschew
the facile explanations for the Romney defeat that will prevail
among the chattering classes. Romney did not lose because of
the effects of Hurricane Sandy that devastated this area, nor did
he lose because he ran a poor campaign, nor did he lose because
the Republicans could have chosen better candidates, nor did he
lose because Obama benefited from a slight uptick in the economy
due to the business cycle.

Romney lost because he didn't get enough votes to win.

That might seem obvious, but not for the obvious reasons.
Romney lost because the conservative virtues - the traditional
American virtuesof liberty, hard work, free enterprise, private
initiative and aspirations to moral greatness - no longer inspire
or animate a majority of the electorate.

The simplest reason why Romney lost was because it is impossible
to compete against free stuff.

Every businessman knows this; that is why the "loss leader"
or the giveaway is such a powerful marketing tool. Obama's
America is one in which free stuff is given away: the adults among
the 47,000,000 on food stamps clearly recognized for whom they
should vote, and so they did, by the tens of millions; those who,
courtesy of Obama, receive two full years of unemployment benefits
(which, of course, both disincentivizes looking for work and also
motivates people to work off the books while collecting their windfall)
surely know for whom to vote. The lure of free stuff is irresistible.

The defining moment of the whole campaign was the revelation of the
secretly-recorded video in which Romney acknowledged the difficulty
of winning an election in which "47% of the people" start off against
him because they pay no taxes and just receive money - "free stuff"
from the government.

Almost half of the population has no skin in the game - they don't
care about high taxes, promoting business, or creating jobs, nor do
they care that the money for their free stuff is being borrowed from
their children and from the Chinese.

They just want the free stuff that comes their way at someone else's
expense. In the end, that 47% leaves very little margin for error for
any Republican, and does not bode well for the future.

It is impossible to imagine a conservative candidate winning
against such overwhelming odds. People do vote their pocket
books. In essence, the people vote for a Congress who will not
raise their taxes, and for a President who will give them free
stuff, never mind who has to pay for it.

That engenders the second reason why Romney lost: the
inescapable conclusion that the electorate is ignorant and
uninformed. Indeed, it does not pay to be an informed voter,
because most other voters - the clear majority are unintelligent
and easily swayed by emotion and raw populism. That is the
indelicate way of saying that too many people vote with their
hearts and not their heads. That is why Obama did not have to
produce a second term agenda, or even defend his first-term record.
He needed only to portray Mitt Romney as a rapacious capitalist
who throws elderly women over a cliff, when he is not just
snatching away their cancer medication, while starving the
poor and cutting taxes for the rich.

During his 1956 presidential campaign, a woman called out
to AdlaiStevenson: "Senator, you have the vote of every
thinking person!"Stevenson called back: "That's not enough,
madam, we need a majority!"

Truer words were never spoken.

Obama could get away with saying that "Romney wants the
rich to play by a different set of rules" - without ever defining
what those different rules were; with saying that the "rich should
pay their fair share" without ever defining what a "fair share" is;
with saying that Romney wants the poor, elderly and sick to "fend
for themselves"without even acknowledging that all these
government programs are going bankrupt, their current insolvency
only papered over by deficit spending.

Similarly, Obama (or his surrogates) could hint to blacks that
a Romney victory would lead them back into chains and proclaim
to women that their abortions and birth control would be taken
away. He could appeal to Hispanics that Romney would have them
all arrested and shipped to Mexico and unabashedly state that he
will not enforce the current immigration laws. He could espouse
the furtherance of the incestuous relationship between governments
and unions - in which politicians ply the unions with public money,
in exchange for which the unions provide the politicians with votes,
in exchange for which the politicians provide more money and the
unions provide more votes, etc., even though the money is gone.

Obama also knows that the electorate has changed - that whites will
soon be a minority in America (they're already a minority in California)
and that the new immigrants to the US are primarily from the Third
World and do not share the traditional American values that attracted
immigrants in the 19th and 20th centuries.

It is a different world, and a different America. Obama is part of that
different America, knows it, and knows how to tap into it.
That is why he won.

Obama also proved again that negative advertising works,
invective sells, and harsh personal attacks succeed. That
Romney never engaged in such diatribes points to his essential
goodness as a person; his "negative ads"were simple facts,
never personal abuse - facts about high unemployment, lower
take-home pay, a loss of American power and prestige abroad,
a lack of leadership, etc. As a politician, though, Romney failed
because he did not embrace the devil's bargain of making
unsustainable promises.

It turned out that it was not possible for Romney and Ryan
people ofsubstance, depth and ideas - to compete with the
shallow populism andplatitudes of their opponents. Obama
mastered the politics of envy - ofclass warfare - never reaching
out to Americans as such but to individual groups, and cobbling
together a winning majority from these minority groups. If an
Obama could not be defeated - with his record and his vision of
America, America, in which free stuff seduces voters - it is
hard to envision any change in the future.

The road to Hillary Clinton in 2016 and to a European-socialist
economy those very economies that are collapsing today in Europe
 - is paved.

For Jews, mostly assimilated anyway and staunch Democrats,
the results demonstrate again that liberalism is their Torah.
Almost 70% voted for a president widely perceived by Israelis
and most committed Jews as hostile to Israel. They voted to
secure Obama's future at America's expense and at Israel's expense
- in effect, preferring Obama to Netanyahu by a wide margin.

A dangerous time is ahead. Under present circumstances, it is
inconceivable that the US will take any aggressive action against
Iran and will more likely thwart any Israeli initiative. The US will
preach the importance of negotiations up until the production of the
first Iranian nuclear weapon - and then state that the world must learn
to live with this new reality.

But this election should be a wake-up call to Jews. There is
no permanent empire, nor is there an enduring haven for Jews
anywhere in the exile. The American empire began to decline in
2007, and the deterioration has been exacerbated in the last five
years. This election only hastens that decline. Society is permeated
with sloth, greed, envy and materialistic excess. It has lost its
moorings and its moral foundations...

The takers outnumber the givers, and that will only increase in years
to come.

The "Occupy" riots across this country in the last two years were
mere dress rehearsals for what lies ahead - years of unrest sparked
by the increasing discontent of the unsuccessful who want to seize
the fruits and the bounty of the successful, and do not appreciate the
slow pace of redistribution.

If this election proves one thing, it is that the Old America is gone.
And, sad for the world, it is not coming back."
